The EKF Website is back online!- Finally after almost 3 months our site is back up and online following our provider 'accidentially' deleting our website. Unfortunately all the data in our forums are gone althogh we have managed to recover everything else.

As we are in the process of restoring the website it is likely for the next few days that there will be errors on our site; please bare with us whilst we resolve these.

1 Million Battlefield points Reached! - Today was a historic day as the EliteKillingForce reached a major milestone in Battlefield 2 by acceiving inexcess of 1 million points as a clan. With over 325,000 kills, countless revives and thousands of hours plaing this great game this is truely a milestone that many clans could never dream of reaching.

The other amazing thing about this milestone is the fact that we only have 10 members playing Battlefield 2 which means we average 100,000 points each! Quite increadible!

Where in the World? - Frost found this map a few weeks ago which records and displays locations of visitors to our web site and we agreed to add this to our hope page as we just find it facinating!

We have our own installed software recording which sites referrs people to our own site, we can also track what links people click out of our site, but we have never been able to see before where in the world people are from and thats what this map will do!

The map starts completly blank as of the 25th March so we can see where in the world people are from!

Our own Battlefield 2 Server! - Our main focus on getting our own BF2 server was to have a server where there are few rules where the game can be played as it was designed to be played. Too often "Server Admin's" kick people for being too good or for taking their equipment or just because there are too many people from one clan in their server.

In our view this is pathetic and this is why our BF2 server has little to no rules and everyone is welcomed other than cheaters and wingers.

Come and enjoy our server with us as we welcome other clans and high ranked players. Also, we will only kick the lowest ranked players in the server if we are making space for an EKF member; see you in the Field!

Company of Heroes - On the 11th September 2006 Company of Heroes was finally released and Relic have set the bar high for any future World War II strategy titles and RTS games. What is so impressive is how the graphics, game play, sound, art, physics engine, and most importantly the destructible battlefields combine to create a truly unique experience. Bomb craters stay for the entire battle, tanks will drive over trees, soldiers can take cover behind burned out vehicles in fact, it’s startling sometimes to see an idyllic country village reduced to rubble in a few minutes.

Soldier animations are extremely realistic as they take cover in buildings and hide behind hedges or in bomb craters. Music is ever present but never overwhelming and the voice unit acknowledgements can be humorous or realistic depending on the situation; each unit has its own personality! Battleground Europe - If Battleground Europe looks vaguely familiar, that's because it was released over four years ago under its previous moniker WWII Online. Since then, its had four years of updates and tactically it's still way ahead of the competition. The key to BE's appeal is its relative complexity as Battleground Europe offers the complete battlefield experience. Every death is a frustration, every kill a hard-won victory and for every firefight that has you sweating with tension, there'll be another that will have you wanting to stick pencils into your eyes just to relieve the boredom of guarding a backwater choke point.

War is like that, apparently, and Battleground Europe is as real as it gets.

Battlefield 2 - In June 2005 EA released the highly acclaimed sequel to Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2. It offers up a unique First Person shooter experience that you don't find elsewhere in a "realistic" setting. Vehicles and infantry move realistically, and weapons have firing cones and rates that mimic actual life fairly closely (balanced for fun, of course).

More importantly, the pace of the game is undeniably fast and furious, and the "Battlefield moments" like helicopters getting sideswiped by planes, tanks exploding, bodies catapulting across the sky are all just so amazingly cool that it's near impossible to stop playing.

As a clan, the majority of our members play this fantastic game and we have over 700,000 points between us and almost 250,000 kills! Battlefield 2 home page.

EKF TeamSpeak - We have our own TeamSpeak server up and running and this is where you will find our clan members and friends so please feel free to join us for a chat and a few games when you can. We welcome anyone who makes the effort to come on our Team Speak to say hi. All we ask is that when you logon to our team speak you use a clear nickname and observer our TeamSpeak Rules.

When you log on you will see that all TeamSpeak users who are Registered are clan members; an (R) after their name denotes this.

If you don't have TeamSpeak please use the following link to download the TeamSpeak software client version 2. BF2 TeamSpeak - We also have a dedicated Battlefield 2, 24 slot Team Speak server running. So should you wish to talk to players in our Battlefield 2 server then join this TeamSpeak and chat away! We rarely administer this TeamSpeak so please do not abuse our generosity otherwise we will remove this facility! If you do use our free TeamSpeak then please feel free to do so as you can make your own channels and you can also password protect them to stop you from being disturbed.

To talk to EKF clan members then you will have to join our EKF TeamSpeak as we rarely use the Battlefield 2 TeamSpeak server. TeamSpeak Rules.

Skirmish Time! - If you want to arrange a clan fight against the EKF clan then please register in our forums and create a post in the Skirmish section. In the post please tell us who you are, what game you want to skirmish in, how many players you have and include a link to your web site along with some suggested dates when you can get a team together to play. The best time for us is generally Saturday afternoon/evening or sometime on Sunday GMT time.

Once you have posted, we will get in touch with you on your web site and try to arrange a game. Be prepare for a good game though as we will fight to the last man every time! visit.

2006 New Year! - For New year Storming, Danish and Doctor met up in Brussels for a wild alcohol filled New Year and apparently it was a complete blast! They visited several World war II Museums, drove through the Arden's, saw a M10 Wolverine & Sherman tank and also managed to find one of the few surviving King Tiger tanks which was in La Gleize!

As a clan we are already making plans for more of us to meet up again in August this year to celebrate The Elite Killing Force clan's 1st anniversary!
